We offer very competetive rates. Currently we are offering a low 6% management fee per month. We encourage you to shop around. Local management fees can be up to 10% or higher and do not come close to offering what we offer. We state on our contract that if your not happy with our services we will release you from the contract immediately and free of charge. We can also lease your property without the management commitment. If you are tired of paying more and getting average service please call us to set up an appointment.
Advanced REI Concepts provides our investors with top notch properties in the best areas of the metroplex. These properties will cashflow positive month after month. We would never offer an investor a property we wouldn't be willing to purchase ourselves. A lot of research goes into every deal we find and only the best ones get selected.
